Join us for our Farm to Fork 5 course beer dinner Jan. 23rd from 6:30-8:30pm! The Menu is Set and The Beers are Ready!
Chef has been working hard preparing 5 unique courses specially chosen to pair with 5 Ocean Republic beers (including one limited release exclusive brew!)
First Course:
Red Snapper crudo with citrus zest, gochujang paste, radish and micro cilantro greens
Paired with our Coconut Wheat
Second Course:
Molecular Cusine – Caprese Salad with mozzarella panna cotta, basil salt, white balsamic pearls, tomato gele & olive oil powder Paired with our Citrus Pale Ale
Third Course:
Local mushroom and melted leek arancini with sweet corn puree and cured local farm fresh egg yolk flakes
Paired with our Pilsner
Fourth Course:
Sous vide spinalis, housemade ricotta and fig tortellacci, roasted butternut squash
Paired with our Schwarzbier
Fifth Course:
Spiced bundt cake with house made rum raisin ice cream, brown sugar whipped cream and a vanilla custard sauce
Paired with our exclusively limited release Barrel Aged Rum Raison Oatmeal Milk Stout
